Re:amaze, the provider of our support system, has notified us that their system will be brought offline twice for scheduled upgrades. Each event is scheduled to last for 1 hour, but the downtime is expected to be much shorter than that. During the downtime, NamePros will be unable to view and respond to support requests sent via Re:amaze and email. Re:amaze has stated that messages sent to us during the downtime will go through once the system comes back online.
